IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
1. OUR SERVICES

We provide B2B lead generation services including:

Service Delivery
Our "Daily Leads Plan" is designed to deliver:
Minimum 20 qualified leads per month (1 per business day)
Ultra-personalized multi-channel outreach
Complete campaign setup and management
Dedicated account management
Weekly performance reporting
Service Limitations
The Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Monthly Subscription
The Daily Leads Plan is offered as a monthly subscription service at $497/month. This includes:
All setup and configuration
Daily lead generation activities
Account management and reporting
Access to all tools and resources
Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH payments
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our guarantee
Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method regularly without requiring your prior approval for each charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the date of cancellation.
3. SERVICE GUARANTEES
Lead Quantity Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of at least 20 qualified leads per month. If we fail to deliver this minimum:
You may request a full refund for that month
We will provide additional leads the following month at no charge
Or we will extend your service period to compensate for the shortfall
Lead Quality Standards
Each lead we deliver must meet the following criteria:
Fits your defined ideal customer profile
Shows demonstrated interest or buying intent
Has responded positively to our outreach
Provides valid contact information
Has budget and decision-making authority
First Lead Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your first qualified lead within 7 business days of campaign launch. If we fail to deliver:
Your first month of service will be provided at no charge
We will expedite campaign optimization to accelerate results
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Intellectual Property
We own or license all intellectual property rights in our Services, including:
Proprietary methodologies and frameworks
Email templates and scripts
Software tools and platforms
Training materials and resources
Website content and design
License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services solely for your internal business purposes.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, including:

Product/service descriptions
Marketing materials and assets
Customer data and preferences
By providing content to us, you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute such content solely to deliver our Services.

You remain liable for all accrued charges

SPECIFIC RESULTS OR OUTCOMES

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION
THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content or information you provide
Your business practices or communications
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution through good faith negotiations for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in United Kingdom
Class Action Waiver
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations against us.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
Assignment

Force Majeure
